In March of this year, the SPEED TV crew packed into Palm Beach International Raceway to set up for their first taping of the 2010 season for PINKS: All Out, hosted by Rich Christensen.
PBIR’s quarter-mile, all concrete drag strip was chosen as the first venue on the 13-event season. The show visits some of the largest and most prestigious venues in the country, including Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Ill. and zMAX Dragway in Charlotte, N.C. The show was at the track in 2007, before the facility underwent renovations.
The popular grassroots style drag racing show brought more than 350 racers to Palm Beach International Raceway in March. Out of the 350 cars, host Rich Christensen and co-hosts Willie B., Ken Herring and Clay Millican, picked only 16 cars to run for the money and their chance to be on TV.
All of the drama captured during taping at Palm Beach International Raceway will unfold on air on July 22 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time. |
