The Florida Region of the SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) returns to Palm Beach International Raceway’s two-mile, 11 turn road course in Jupiter, Fla. on Saturday.

The SCCA has held many successful events at PBIR, many with over 100 competitors. SCCA brings the following classes to PBIR:  Formula Atlantic, Formula Continental, Formula Ford, Formula V, Spec racer ford, Spec Miata, Sports 2000, CSR, and DSR.

Spectator tickets are available at the gate for $10.

FRIDAY, October 29, 2010 P.B.I.R open test day - call track at (561)-622-1400 (not covered by SCCA Sanction)

*No passengers permitted on track during test day

12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m. Non- testing SCCA competitors will be provided a courtesy entrance to the paddock area for set up. SCCA Credential and P.B.I.R. waiver required.

Due to the track being used for another event, unloading and set-up will not be allowed after 5:00 P.M.

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Registration at track for pre-registered entries – late entry open time per Chief Registrar

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm Tech – next to Registration. Annual tech available – AMB Rental at Registration

SATURDAY October 30, 2010

7:00 am Gates Open

7:00 am - 8:00 am Worker Registration

7:00 am - 9:30 pm Registration (preference given to Group 1 participants)

7:30 am - 12:00 pm Tech inspection on the concrete apron next to the go-kart building (preference given to Group 1 participants)

8:30 am Workers report to Chiefs

9:00 am 20 Minute practice & qualifying sessions Groups 1 thru 5

Followed by 25 lap races Groups 1 thru 5

15 Minute worker break(s) as needed

1 hour lunch break as close to 12 noon as event progress allows

6:00 pm Secure Course.

6:00 pm Social and trophy presentation at the white tent next to the skid pad
