JUPITER, Fla. - New Zealander Matthew Radisich will participate in the Indy Lights test at the Milwaukee Mile on May 7, 2009. If the test on the one-mile oval is a success, Radisich will test at Palm Beach International Raceway on the 2-mile, 11-turn road course and at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on the 2.25-mile, 11-turn road course.
As the nephew of former V8 Supercar driver Paul Radisich, the 19-year-old driver has experience in state and national-level Formula Ford in both
Australia and New Zealand and is presently racing in the Formula 3 Australian Drivers Championship.Â
Team PBIR is run by fellow Kiwi Ron Dixon, President & COO of Palm Beach International Raceway, and has two cars entered in the Firestone Indy Lights Series. |
