Palm Beach International Raceway has teamed with MTW Promotions once again to host sled truck pulls this Saturday. With seven different classes this event is sure to put on a show.

Sled truck pulls, also known as power pulling, is gaining popularity in the area. It’s a competition using large trucks to pull a heavy sled (sledge) along a track. The farther the truck pulls the sled, the harder it is to pull it.

There are many different classes at this event, all providing a great show for the entire family. Classes set to go this weekend are:

• Small block stock
• Big block stock
• Small block modified
• Big block modified
• Big block super modified
• Street stock diesel
• Diesel modified

Spectator gates open at 5:00 p.m. Saturday and entry fee is only $15. Children 12 years old and under are free. Racer entry is $40 and the gates for racers open at 3:00 p.m.
