The 19th Annual Palm Beach Cavallino Classic will be presented in Palm Beach, Florida at The Breakers Resort Hotel, on January 19 to 24, 2010. This extraordinary gathering is a six day convention for Ferrari owners and enthusiasts, with participants and their 400 Ferraris attending from the U.S. and Europe.

Benefiting from the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic are several important charites: The Children's Wish Foundation, the Boys and GIrls Club and the American Council of the Blind Scholarship fund.

The first major event of the convention is the prestigious Florida Trophy, a two day track meet at the new Palm Beach International Raceway on Thursday and Friday, January 21 & 22. Over 120 competition Ferraris revive memories of days gone by, as their owners let them loose again in a race course setting.

The second major event is the Tour of Palm Beach on Thursday, January 21. Up to 80 vintage and classic Ferraris tour through Palm Beach and along the Atlantic coastal roads. They leave from The Breakers and make stops at The Ritz-Carlton, Mar-a-Lago, and The Chesterfield Hotel, with a destination at Jet Aviation for the exclusive Jet Reception.

The high point of the week is the Concorso d’Eleganza on the front lawn of The Breakers Resort Hotel, on Saturday, January 23. 150 immaculate Ferrari automobiles are judged by leading international experts for originality and elegance, for Class Awards and the important Major Cups, along with The Cavallino Cup for Best in Show.

This exceptional week is crowned with an exclusive Sunday program… our Classic Sports Sunday at The Mara-a-Lago Club, the legendary Marjorie Merriweather Post mansion in old Palm Beach. 120 vintage and classic sporting automobiles from this romantic era are displayed on the lawn and the guests vote for their favorites. Awards are presented at the charity brunch in the new Ballroom.

The evenings are not excluded from the festivities, with a host of now famous receptions taking place for the Classic’s guests and participants, including the Wednesday Artists’ Preview at The Breakers, the Thursday Private Jet Party at Jet Aviation, the Friday ShowBoatsYacht Hop at the RybovichYacht Club and the Saturday Awards Gala Dinner at The Breakers.

The stature of the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic is shown by the fact that it is the first ever automotive event at The Breakers Resort Hotel and at The Mar-a-Lago Club, and the first and only automotive gathering ever held in Palm Beach. In addition, the Classic has hosted the U.S. public presentation of all new Ferrari automobiles for the past eighteen years.

The Palm Beach Cavallino Classic is also regarded as one of the top four automotive events in the world, along with the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the Villa d’Este Concorso d’Eleganza and the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance.
